MMF Advantage Series Wins Over VARs
MMF Cash Drawer' innovative new Advantage™ Series Cash Drawers have been selected as a Best Channel Product by the VAR subscribers of Business Solutions magazine. From late May through mid-June, BSM conducted a Web-based survey of their VAR subscribers asking them for feedback on vendor-submitted products in 7 categories, including Product Features, Product Reliability and Product Innovation. In the cash drawer category, nearly 2200 eligible subscribers voted on the following attributes and selected MMF’s Advantage series as the best overall for:
Richness of Features/Functionality
Product Reliability/Durability
Ease of Integration
Ease of Upgrade
VAR’s Ability to Service
The Advantage Series addresses a wide range of Cash Drawer concerns among VARs and end users including media and currency storage, loss prevention, upgradeability and durability. Since its introduction in January of 2009, MMF reports that the Advantage series has been the fastest growing family of cash drawers in its lineup. MMF would also like to thank the many Resellers who expressed their satisfaction by voting for Advantage Cash Drawers for this award!

MMF Cash Drawer has introduced an innovative new product line called the Advantage Series that promises to change the way cash drawers are evaluated and selected for new installations and legacy upgrades. “We’ve researched the challenges facing integrators and end users and have come up with fundamental changes in cash drawer design that we believe will set new standards for years to come.” says MMF’s VP and GM Bill Youngquist. “One of our main objectives with the Advantage Series is to provide our channel partners and end users with cash drawers that can easily adapt to the constantly evolving POS environment. This will enable them to take advantage of advances in POS technology without worrying about how their cash drawers will integrate.”
The Advantage Series also boasts a long wish list of user-friendly features suggested by VARs and end users during the development stage of the project. Click here for the Advantage home page.
MMF Adds to VAL- u Line Series;
Jan. 12, 2009 NRF, New York City
MMF has added to its popular VAL-u Line series of cash drawers. Unveiled at January’s NRF show, the VAL-u Line PLUS is a full size drawer measuring 18”W x 16.7”D x 4.2”H. Intended to round out the size offerings of the medium duty VAL-u Line Series, the new model provides ample and easy to access media storage in 2 configurable inner drawer compartments and coin roll storage in the till. “Our mid and compact sized VAL-u Line models have proven very successful in medium duty applications such as specialty stores and cafeterias,” explained MMF Vice President and General Manager Bill Youngquist, “but we did get a lot of requests for a full size version with extra media storage. The VAL-u Line PLUS was designed to meet both of those criteria.” Although it’s considered a medium duty drawer and is priced accordingly, the VAL-u Line PLUS is strongly built of unitized steel and comes with a high impact 5B/5C cash tray, secure 3 position, 4 function lock and 2 year warranty.
The new drawer is available now through the channel. Click here for more information.
